How to maintain a healthy body
There is a saying that says ‘’ in a healthy body there is a strong soul ‘’. This saying explains if we have a healthy body surely our soul and our minds will also be healthy. There is also a motto that says a health is very expensive. Moreover we as a student, we must be able to maintain our own healh starting from small things such as getting up early on time, than showering. Beside the above way to keep the body healthy is not to forget about breakfast. Because with a regular breakfast provides many benefits for the body. Starting from providing nutrition to the body, increasing metabolism so that it becomes energy so that is not easily hungry and weak, and of course can keep away from various disease, and diabetes. And there is a reason from importance of breakfast.
The first reason is healthy to old age, supporting factors for having a healthy body from young to old and avoiding several disseases such as high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease , and diabetes is by having breakfast. With breakfast you can reduce the disease, so it does not attack for the long term, healthy body to old age. The second reason is, maintaining brain concentration. The brain needs energy intake to think with a good concentration of power. Breakfast is a brain fuel so that the beginning of the activities run well. Many studies have shown positive results that breakfast can help the brain concentration and ability to think and improve sugar levels that drop dramatically overnight during our rest. The third reason is balanced body metabolism. During sleep the body does not consume food at all so during the morning are a source of energy for activity. But if this breakfast is missed the body is forced to take sugar reserves from the muscle layer, liver called glycogen.
This deficiency will cause unbalanced body metabolism that can have an impact on various disseases such as complaints in the stomach and ulcers. Therefore, by giving intake in the morning with breakfast can make the body metabolism balanaced. And the last reason is become energy source. Like a vehicle that needs gasoline to be able to keep going and going, as well as our bodies that need to be filled with proper breakfast intake in order to increase strength in avtivities troughout the day. It is recommended to be able to make breakfast that we eat a good source of energy, is to choose breakfast with low fat foods, avoid high fat meat foods at breakfast, high protein foods, fiber rich foods, vegetables and fruits are very good for breakfast. Don’t forget to choose eggs and milk which is very good for breakfast. Do not forget to choose fresh cow’s milk that does not add salt. Because the acid content in salt can reduce potassium bonds. And we must follow a several healthy lifestyle, the first healthy lifestyle is diligent in exercising, our bodies need exercise to help the metabolic process in our body. Because aour bodies need nutrients like carbohydtares, proteins, vitamin and minerals. Beware of food that are not healthy for our bodies, such as junk food, alcohol, atc. Because they are dangerous, for example if we eat too much junk food such as fried food , and other high fat foods , will cause cholesterol and make us have a stroke and heart attack. And will also have a negative impact in the state of our skin. Like blackheads, pimple, and our skin will feel dull and not fresh. And the next healthy lifestyle is maintaining the cleanliness of the environment around us, because the dirty environment is the sotce of disease. And the last healthy lifestyle is avoiding a bad habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and staying up late.
It is easy to maintain a good health in our bodies and it does not take much money to do. In that case don’t get lazy. Because the healthy body will constantly avoid all manner of disease.
